ghost.skelly.boo is an independent publication launched in October 2024 by Jun Kuroda to show off some cool stuff from Second Life, a virtual world platform of dubious reputation and almost infinite wonders.

The author:

My in-world name is Jun Kuroda. I am not the same as the Jun Kuroda from Osaka on Soundcloud, btw (but I did reconnect with an old friend thanks to them so yay).

I mostly hang out in Blackwater City, which is a cyberpunk place inspired by Cloudpunk, and inhabited by a bunch of fun weirdos.

I am partnered to the amazing Theo, whom I met on the platform. I have to mention that because I will probably be writing about them or at least mention them a whole lot. They own a shapes and cosmetics store on SL called starQuake, started in November 2023 and they pour a lot of work and love into it. (I am so proud of them can you tell?)
